Welcome to the SHARP International #1 Cheer & Dance Competitions online registration system

This online registration was designed with YOU in mind.

• Create an account through our online portal.
• You will have your own permanent student list that you can revise from year to year or from our Regionals, State & National titled events.
• With a click of a button, your regional entries can be entered into one of our Fabulous National Finals!!!
• You will have the ability to print out our invoices and line ups as soon as it is uploaded from our office.
• The information is password protected, and only accessible by you.
• You can pay for entries via credit card!!

Deadline to register is 2-4 weeks prior to each event.  Late Fees start to occur 1 week prior to the day of the event.

Please create an account through the link listed above.

From there you can register and see all pricing information for each event.

Once you have entered the performers information, you can proceed with uploading the Excel file containing the routine details. To do this:

1. Click on the Add New Registration button on the dashboard.
2. Select the location you would like to register for.
3. Enter the routine information manually or upload via spreadsheet.

If you choose to import via Excel, you must use the sample file provided on the studio dashboard. All required headers must match exactly, including Dancer Name, Routine Title, Division, and Team Type. Please ensure that all required fields, such as Routine Title, are filled in, as the system will not accept the file otherwise.

If the CSV file isn't working through the online portal, here is what you can do to create your rosters:

• Click on Add new registration

• Select date

• Indicate the team name 

• Add new routine

• Create new

• Add in each performer individually
